My Mission as a Faith-Based Mindset and Wellness Coach

I help Christian women become whole in mind, body, and spirit, by closing the gap between knowing Scripture and actually living it.

 

This means what you believe, how you live, and your walk with God all work together. When you live from truth, steward your body well, and walk with God, you become whole.

My Story

For a long time, my life didn't reflect what I knew.

I loved God. I knew Scripture. But I couldn’t seem to live it. My thoughts were a mess. My habits were inconsistent. Spiritually, I felt disconnected.

 

I kept trying to fix things: read more, pray more, try harder, but nothing stuck.

 

Here’s what I finally understood: I wasn’t lacking knowledge. I was lacking a framework. I needed to understand how my mind actually works, how to build habits that honor God with my body, what it means to walk with Him daily, not just know about Him.

 

So I started applying Scripture with psychology. I learned CBT. I built disciplines that actually worked. I stopped performing for God and started walking with Him.

 

That’s when everything shifted. When I learned how to close the gap between knowing and living, I became whole.

 

Now I help other women do the same.

How I Help

I work with Christian women who are ready to move from fragmentation to wholeness:

Mind

Renew thought patterns using Scripture and proven psychology (CBT). Break mental strongholds. Learn how to actually live Romans 12:2.

Body

Build sustainable wellness rooted in grace and stewardship. Train your body with intention. Nourish it well. Build discipline that honors God.

Spirit

Build intimacy with God. Move from duty to delight in Him. Learn what it means to walk in your identity in Christ daily.

This combination allows me to support you spiritually, mentally, and physically, with biblical depth and scientific credibility.

What Makes This Different

Most coaches specialize in one area. I work in all three because I have real training in all three.

 

Scripture defines reality. The Bible is truth. It tells us who we are and how we’re meant to live.

 

Psychology explains patterns. I understand how your mind works, how strongholds form, and what it takes to actually change, using evidence-based work applied biblically.

 

Obedience produces transformation. Knowing truth doesn’t change you. Living it does.

 

Most faith-based content tells you WHO you are in Christ. I teach you HOW to actually live like it’s true, with your mind, your body, and your walk with God.
