Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including but not limited to downloadable resources, workbooks, templates, and online programs) are final.
Once your purchase is confirmed and the product is delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be “returned” and you immediately receive full access to the content upon purchase.
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions (including single sessions and multi-session packages) are non-refundable once payment has been made.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
Missed sessions without notice will be considered forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in the case of:
Duplicate purchases made in error
Technical issues preventing access to a product that cannot be resolved by our support team
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
